Fundraising activities will be conducted in Zagreb and Rijeka as well as in cities across the country with mobile teams. To reach our fundraising targets, a team of 35 - 50 Fundraisers is required continuously.

Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre des activités de santé communautaire, le consultant (e) national (e) spécialiste en suivi évaluation et gestion des données aura à apporter l’appui technique à l’ANSSP et principalement à la DHAB-SC pour renforcer la planification, la mise en œuvre et le suivi des interventions de santé communautaire de même que la gestion des données. Le(la) Chargé(e) du Suivi et de l’Évaluation va fournir une expertise professionnelle dans le suivi, l’évaluation, la collecte et la gestion de données, l’analyse statistique, la préparation de rapports. Il/elle contribue également à la mise en œuvre des programmes de formation pour renforcer les capacités des équipes dans la collecte, la gestion des données, le suivi et l’évaluation, avec une attention particulière à l’implication des principales parties prenantes dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de la politique nationale de santé communautaire.
EOF recently finalized its medium-term strategy to cover 2025-2030. We require a consultant to provide technical support to EOF’s leadership team to support with the successful implementation of EOF’s strategy in 2025.

The Sierra Leone Education Innovation Challenge (SLEIC) programme is a partnership between the Government of Sierra Leone, outcome funders, education delivery partners and social investors. Five different delivery partners have been selected to support 325 schools across five implementation lots to improve learning outcomes for 136,000 children in partnership with school leadership and teachers in accordance with the Basic Education curriculum. The program will run for nine school terms, starting September 2022 and ending in August 2025. The aim is to generate evidence to inform which interventions are the most effective in Sierra Leone context, which can then be scaled up by Government and donors. Using a result-based financing approach, service providers are expected to build sustainable capacity in schools, targeting interventions that improve learning beyond the life of the programme.
In addition to the SLEIC programme, the Education Outcomes Fund is working with the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE) to set up an outcomes fund that will support the rapid expansion of early childhood education (ECE) provision through community early childhood development (ECD) centres while ensuring that the ECE services provided are high quality and support holistic child development. The implementation of this program is expected to run from Spring 2025 to the end of 2028
The Internal Audit Specialist – Professional Practices is a seasoned professional who assists the Internal Audit Manager- Professional Practices and Deputy Director, Internal Audit. It is expected that the incumbent has in-depth understanding and experience in internal auditing, technical knowledge and experience in audit management applications (Eg. TeamMate+), experience in data analytics and technological innovations such as AI. The incumbent is also expected to have knowledge and proficiency in Quality Assurance and Improvement.As an Internal Audit Specialist in the Professional Practices section of OIAI, the primary purpose of the job is to reinforce and uphold the highest standards of internal audit quality and technology effectiveness. This individual will be responsible for optimal configuration and use of Audit Management Software, and the development and/or enhancement of performance BI dashboards, ensuring the seamless operation and data accuracy across these systems, including user support. The role is also expected to foster improved use of data analytics, promote knowledge sharing and curating knowledge repositories.The role's involvement in Audit Quality Assurance includes collaborating with the Internal Audit Manager-Professional Practices to execute internal QA programs, reviewing audits against IIA Global Internal Audit Standards, and supporting improvement and training initiatives.
