Under the guidance of the Senior Adviser Resource Mobilization, The Finance Manager is responsible for implementing a robust financial strategy for managing the finances of UNICEF’s polio eradication programme, including assessing the financial requirements of the programme, ensuring all approved activities are funded and developing and implementing strategies to improve monitoring and oversight.
